Welcome!

Welcome to Fitness Fun and Nutrition! I'm Nicole Zoltack and I am a fitness nut. I've been working out for years now and am in the best shape of my life. My goal is for you to be able to say the same.

I used to be what they call skinny fat. I had fat but I didn't look like it. It was healthy and I wasn't happy with my body. So I started to exercise but my weight loss was slow. It wasn't until I started to focus on both fitness and nutrition that I started to reshape my body.

Even if you think you can't lose weight or follow a diet or a fitness routine, I'm living proof that you can. It's all about determining your why. Why do you want to lose weight? For yourself? For your kids? To set a good example for them? To be healthy? Whatever you why is, write it down and post it somewhere that you can see it every day.
